			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Kwame Kuadey is a serial entrepreneur, small business coach and public speaker. He is the founder of two companies: <a href="http://www.giftcardrescue.com/" target="_blank">GiftCardRescue.com</a>, which he bootstrapped into a multi-million dollar business, and Rhino Amplify, a web-marketing agency that provides search engine and social media marketing services to small businesses.</p>
<p>An engaging public speaker, Kwame loves sharing stories about his experience as an entrepreneur and working with aspiring entrepreneurs to face their fears, quit their jobs and become entrepreneurs. He has been featured in several publications including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, NPR, The Washington Post and Baltimore Sun. He was a contestant on the hit ABC show “<a href="http://www.youtube.com/giftcardrescue#p/a/f/0/KyqQNBCCtBE" target="_blank">Shark Tank</a>,” where his business successfully landed an investment.</p>
<p>Kwame graduated cum laude from <a href="http://www.middlebury.edu/" target="_blank">Middlebury College</a> with a B.A. in Economics, and also holds an M.B.A. from the <a href="http://carey.jhu.edu/" target="_blank">Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School</a>. Prior to founding GiftCardRescue, he spent 7 years at <a href="http://www.citigroup.com/citi/homepage/" target="_blank">Citigroup</a>. He currently lives in Ellicott City, MD with his family</p>
